To transform Britain into a true cycling nation we will work to deliver:

1. Better places: a programme to deliver networks of cycling infrastructure to create space for cycling with properly enforced rules in place so that they can be used by all.
2. Smarter investment: meaningful levels of investment working towards 5% of public sector transport spend so that all transport projects, new developments and planned maintenance accommodate and improve conditions for cycling.
3. Strong leadership: bold leadership from our politicians, businesses and communities to develop long-term strategies and setting targets to normalise cycling and make it a safe, accessible and aspirational choice.

There are no logical arguments against these aims. We commit to working hard to deliver this charter for healthier and more prosperous community.
