I've written a book on cycle racing and coaching. I also contribute to written articles on cycling in national magazines.

Compete in cyclo cross, road racing and the odd club time trial. Regular runner throughout the winter months mainly cross country. Garmin user and very knowledgeable on this type of equipment as very computer literate which is essential these days to support the modern rider.

Oh, and I play the piano for relaxation.
