I have been a full-time professional cycling coach since 2007, working with racing cyclists, sportive riders, triathletes and novices. I usually work with adult riders on an ongoing basis to help them set goals, train effectively and fulfil their potential based on their personal circumstances, training opportunities and level of commitment. I have coached riders to national championship titles but I am equally as interested in coaching novices and riders with more modest ambitions.

I have competed myself on the track, in road racing and time trialling and I won three national time trial championships as well as the British Best All-Rounder competition in 2005.
