I have been a professional cycling coach since 2019, specialising in road and time trial, whilst also delivering cyclocross and track.

My coaching is based upon my own 15 years experience in cycling, alongside my qualifications and research to give a rounded view from both coach and rider perspective. I have raced nationally in the UK and Belgium, achieving multiple podiums in National Championship events, and winning Regional Championships in the Central region. I have coached riders to countless race wins and to national championship wins, whilst also working with riders towards longer endurance events such as Road Record Association record attempts.

I also have experience in the para cycling space, as a tandem pilot myself for a visually impaired athlete, but also coaching para cyclists towards competion in national and international events.

My coaching philosophy is built around coaching the person as well as the athlete. I believe this sets the foundations for a sustainable coach/athlete relationship, built on overall progression towards clearly defined goals.

My other experience includes:

- Selected as part of the 2022-23 cohort for the British Cycling / Total Computers Coaching Scholarship

- Coaching as part of Team UK for the 2023 Invictus Games in Dusseldorf where the team won 12 medals

- Working as part of the Great Britain Cycling Team Para Cycling foundation squad, winning multiple national championship medals

- Coaching at Oaklands Cycling Academy with junior riders from across the UK

- Delivering coaching at private schools in Oxfordshire

- Oxford University Cycling Club Coach from 2021-present, winning multiple BUCS gold medals
