As as a L3 BC coach at Blacksheepcyclecoaching I deliver One to One performance coaching  Full periodised planned sessions, with regular benchmarking sessions, completely BESPOKE, to suit indiviual requirements and ambitions.

• In addition to this I am a fully qualified National Standards Instructor (The Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training 1st4sport Qualifications)

with 8 years of experince at delivering road safety skills L1 to L3 in schools and on Safe Urban Driving courses for HGV drivers.

• I have been a Go-Ride coach (Heanor Clarion) for several years and have cyclo-cross, track and road/time trial coaching expertise 
• Working for Ridewise and Via East Midlands I deliever bikeablity throughout Nottinghamshire.
• Led rides as a Breeze champion
