As an experienced instructor and coach, I offer 1:1 coaching with individual prescribed training plans as well as group sessions for riders wanting to train and progress from their current level. My aim is to give you the tools and the confidence to take ownership of your training and development.

I am also a volunteer club coach at London Dynamo and London Dynamo Youth & Juniors, leading a range of coaching sessions in Surrey. London Dynamo is a voluntary organisation committed to passing on the skills, techniques and ethos of racing, and maintaining the standards of coaching and cycle racing in the British Cycling Central Division.
