We are pleased to offer financial support to volunteers seeking to access the Coaching Pathway. Applications are open to individuals supporting our club & group network, as well as those looking to take their first step into coaching.

The Offer

We have adapted our offer for 2024, in line with the launch of the new Coaching Framework and applications are open to all coaches. We are particularly keen to see applications from:

• Young Coaches
  We are keen to see applications from aspiring coaches aged 14 – 21.
• Inclusive Coaches
  We are keen to see applications from coaches delivering accessible cycling for riders with a disability, particularly from clubs that are part of the Limitless Programme.
• Diverse Communities
  We are keen to see applications from coaches delivering cycling activity in underrepresented communities.
• Female Coaches
  We are keen to see applications from female coaches as we continue to support the gender imbalance across the coaching networks.

The available bursary will vary dependant on the discipline, and we have structured our bursaries to reflect this.
