About our club
Cycling Pewsey is a small road cycling club based in Pewsey, Wiltshire.
Members, who must be 18 or over, come from the village and surrounding area. The purpose of the Club is to provide members with the opportunity to enjoy a ride with other cyclists of a similar standard to themselves rather than just cycle on their own.
We ride on Sundays and ad hoc days during the week from Pewsey, weather permitting, always stopping at a cafe. Rides are typically from just under 30 and up to 50 miles, with an average speed of between 13 and 16 mph, depending on length and hilliness. As a small club, we currently ride as a single group of normally around 5 to 10 riders.
Riding as a single group, we never leave anyone behind and, if necessary, always regroup during the ride.
