About our club
The Shipbourne Road Chain Gang was set up by a group of friends and neighbours living in and around Tonbridge as an informal group for cyclists of all abilities to get out and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Most of us are dads with young children, hence our regular weekend rides tend to start and finish fairly early. However, it is usually pretty easy to find a member or two to go out with at pretty much any time of day and any day of the week!
We occasionally enter local sportives - particularly the Action Medical Research Castle Ride - and have to date organised one trip away to the Peak District, with (hopefully) more to come in the future.
