Membership is open to anyone age 16 and above across the Fylde Coast, we welcome anyone from the Fylde.

We were established in 1937 constantly evolving and modernising, the club has the backing of a required and firm Constitution & Rules keeping us on a sound footing of which instructs us to be accountable to the members together with a written Treasurers Report at every AGM showing our income and expenses. A strong Committee ensures the rules are followed. We have very experienced members in the club from racing, touring, track, computer skills, kit experts, consistency and quality is what this club is about, regular rides, communications to members, regular website/facebook content/news and all we do is calended on our Google Website Calendar.

All you have to do is join and ride.

If you are thinking of joining please contact us first and try a few rides out, you also must have read our Constitution & Rules

Saturday Sundays and evenings when light there are training rides for those wishing to improve or aim to have a go at racing

We also have a Time Trial Team that riders can aspire to join once you have achieved the standard of 20mph in any race you can apply to join and build points towards free club kit lifelong.

Sunday 9:00 Inters Ride Group (17+mph)
As the name of the group suggests this is a ride for intermediate level riders, group members should be reasonably experienced as the group rides at a fairly quick pace. Members can expect to cover steep/hilly terrain which can vary between 40 (short ride) and 80 miles.
We plan to organise Park and Ride events during the year too such as Coal Road Challenge, Fleet Moss - Park Rash and various Lake District Rides including Honister Pass, Hardknott and maybe the Fred Witton Challenge
Ride meets in the bus stop layby, opposite the River Wyre Hotel, Mains Lane, A585, Poulton, cycle lane side east bound.

Sunday 9:00 Grupetto (15mph)
For New & Developing riders, approx 40miles subject to weather on day 14/15mph average speed and back between 13:30 and 14:30.
• New to cycling and looking for support perhaps
• You may already have a base of fitness but want to build for a spring sportive perhaps
• Returning after a break and need to build fitness
• Worried the ride might go too fast
• Group riding can be challenging if new to it
Then this may be for you and to support these needs for developing riders. All the rides are designed to be limited to match ability and ambitions. The goal is to deliver steady paced rides limited hills and a decent mid-point cafe break to refresh riders. The goal is to have you back in time to do all those other things that we all need to get done, nobody will be left behind.
Why not come along and try it or to learn more or see the web site and it's forum for more information.
Ride meets in the bus stop layby, opposite the River Wyre Hotel, Mains Lane, A585, Poulton, cycle lane side east bound.

First Tuesday in Month 09:30 - The first Tuesday of the month is a social/touring ride and it is hoped other clubs will join in too, Inter Club Ride, often this will be a ride to Silverdale, full details posted in advance. Generally no big epic climbs just a few undulations, steady touring pace, miles upto 75ish weather dependant.
Ride meets in the bus stop layby, opposite the River Wyre Hotel, Mains Lane, A585, Poulton, cycle lane side east bound.

Tuesday 09:30 & 10:30 Social Ride Group (16-18mph)
(From 1st April there will be a 09:30 meet as well for those wishing earlier start or longer rides)
Often 6-12 riders, usually flat ride with some peeling off for a few light hills before rejoining everyone at the cafe. If weather is good can be a bit more adventurous and can be quite speedy on the run in back home.
Ride meets in the bus stop layby, opposite the River Wyre Hotel, Mains Lane, A585, Poulton, cycle lane side east bound.

Wednesday 10:30 Remoulds Ride Group (14-17mph)
