About our club
Stepping Stanes is a youth cycle coaching club based in Dumfries, Scotland. We run cycle coaching designed for young riders age. 8-12. Our aim is to improve bike skills within a safe and fun environment. When we decided to set the age range at 8 - 12 it was so that there would not be too much disparity in abilities. We hope that once the club is more established again and we have more people trained as coaches then we will be able to lower the age range to cater for younger riders. We meet on a Wednesday night 6 pm to 7.30pm - in the winter at the David Keswick centre and Ae forest, Mabie forest and Heathhall forest during the summer months. We keep everyone informed via our Facebook page.
