About our club
Redditch Road and Path Cycling Club has been in existence since 1885. We are a friendly cycling community for local cyclists of all ages. It is the ideal place for you to meet other cyclists, go on leisure rides or get involved in competitive cycling.
The aim of the club is to encourage members to discover the freedom and opportunities that cycling brings. For us this includes -
Regular club rides for fun and fitness exploring our wonderful local lanes
An extensive time-trial programme
Supporting the local winter cyclo-cross league. This includes running our own event—muddy escapades in Pitcheroak Woods!
Velodrome and track cycling
A vibrant youth section — the Slipstreamers — encouraging and training youngsters to ride bikes for sport and pleasure
Access to an enthusiastic team of British Cycling-qualified coaches advising on everything from learning to ride a bike to the skills of competitive racing
Promoting the club and cycling at community events
A social calendar including Club Annual Dinner & Trophy Presentation Evening, camping weekend and much more.
