About our club
St Ives CC is an inclusive cycling club with a strong sense of community. We're not just an organisation – we're a tight-knit club that creates a friendly place for people to improve their cycling skills and have fun at their own speed.
We need active membership to make this club thrive and so as a part of the club, we want you to be involved and support. There are plenty of things for you to get stuck into, from marshalling an event to working with our Development Squad and much more… join in and help SICC grow!
Established in the 1980s, St Ives CC is a diverse cycling club full of people who share a passion for all things cycling. While our roots lie in road cycling, our members also venture into the world of cyclocross and mountain biking, exploring the local trails. We are also proud to have an active junior development section, making us a true family-oriented club.
As a racing club, we organise regular time trials on the Alconbury course and actively participate in various external events. We also have a dedicated Development Squad focused on fostering a team environment that supports young riders in the Youth, Junior, and U23 age categories to achieve their maximum racing potential.
