Great Britain Cycling Team named for Namur UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup

An eight-rider Great Britain Cycling Team squad has been named for round four of the 2015/16 UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Namur, Belgium on 20 December.

Current British Cycling National Trophy Series leader Hannah Payton is joined by Amira Mellor and Beth Crumpton in the elite women’s event, while Nick Barnes represents Great Britain in the under-23 men’s event.
British interests in the junior men’s event are represented by Will Gascoyne, Ben Turner, Mark Donovan and Harry Yates.

Namur is the fourth of seven world cup rounds following events in Las Vegas, Valkenberg and Koksijde.

Following Namur the series moves on to Huesden-Zolder in Belgium on Boxing Day. The penultimate round in Lignières-en-Berry in France takes place on 17 January before the finale on 24 January in Hoogerheide, Netherlands.
