East Newport's Power to Ride for Wales

East Newport Cycle Speedway Club's rider Neil Power has been selected to race for Wales in the forthcoming Home International at Edinburgh this coming Saturday.

Neil who last raced for Wales in 1991 returned to the Sport back in 2008, and his never say die attitude has resulted in a well deserved return to the Welsh side.

East Newport assistant 1st team manager Gilbert Davis said:

"Neil has been training very hard over the last year, and this is just reward for all the work that he has put in. We are very proud once again to be providing a rider to represent Wales at this level, and this is just testament to the coaching staff at the Go Ride / Clubmark Club as we are the only Club in Wales to have a rider representing our Country in this years Home International."
