About our club
Whitchurch Cycling Club was established in June 2016 with the aim of encouraging families to enjoy cycling together.
Under the umbrella of the Whitchurch Rugby Sports and Social Club hub for Sports in North Cardiff, we are a friendly club, focussing on inclusivity. We aim for our members to experience as broad a variety of cycling disciplines as possible no matter what their age or ability.
In addition to our established 'Go-Ride' coaching sessions and family sessions we have a group of Club Road Rides and Social Rides for adult members of the club going out regularly. We also run weekly hill repeat session.
Our members range from age 3 to 50+ and we have a busy calendar of events throughout the year ranging from coached sessions and rides to fun social events both on and off the bike.
If you wish to make your cycling a little more competitive we also run sessions training towards Cyclocross, Mountain Bike Cross Country and Freewheel Closed Circuit racing.
