About our club

Redhill Raiders junior cycle squad was formed in 2008 to meet with the demand from children living in Reigate and Redhill and the various places around there.

Our members are aged 4-17 and once they reach 18 they can progress to Redhill CC and, if they wish, remain with us as an adult Raiders Volunteer and rider.

If you can already ride a bike at a younger age you are welcome to come along, but please make contact beforehand. Full contact details are on our web page.

We meet fortnightly at the Surrey County Council offices, Woodhatch Place, Cockshot Hill, Reigate, where we have use of their expansive car parking. These sessions are for children aged approximately 4-12 years.

On top of that we have sessions elsewhere for older riders, aged 10-17 years.

These comprise sessions on public roads (we pick the quiet ones) for children with road bikes and closed road trails.

Plus 'family-ride' sessions on tracks away from traffic for children with a MTB (you need to bring a parent along).
