About our club
Welcome to North Tyneside Riders, a rapidly growing cycling club for people of all abilities wanting to get out for bike rides around the area. With over 200 members from beginners, a Juniors section and racing team there is something on offer for every cyclist. We have club training rides on most days of the week and weekends for all skill levels.
We have an active off-road section, growing road and CX racing team. We’re supported by a large pool of British Cycling qualified coaches able to teach basic skills right through to Cyclocross and Road racing.
We’re very proud of our Juniors offer with Clubmark status, ranging from ages 5-16 years which meets on Saturdays for fun, safe, traffic-free coaching sessions.
We are very inclusive, friendly club and proud of having a good mix of both male and female riders, young and not so young, strong riders and novices. Everyone is welcome!
