Parking, changing/showers and toilets are at the Sports Centre.
We meet for training from February to November, weather permitting. The competitive season runs from March to October.
•Open training sessions: Monday 7pm – 8:15pm
•Juniors: 10-16 Tuesday 7pm – 8:15pm
•Seniors: Monday & Tuesday 8:15 – 9:15
•Academy (U10 or beginners, we’ll accommodate U12): Friday 7pm – 8pm
What do I need?
Riders should be covered from the neck downwards. This includes long fingered gloves.
Riders need a helmet without a peak (removable peaks must be removed). We have some loan Helmets and Gloves for new riders.
Riders at training sessions mostly wear old trainers, track suit bottoms or goalkeepers leggings, and any long sleeved shirt. Riders will need a club shirt for competition. These are around £20-30, which includes the riders name on the back.
We have loan bikes for 4 year olds up to adults. These are free for training sessions. Members may also borrow bikes for competitive events.
What does it cost?
Your first 2 training sessions are free.
Training sessions cost £1 for members, £1.50 for non-members
Annual Eagles membership is £20 for a Senior rider.
Families of junior riders become non-riding members. If your family doesn’t have senior riders, it’s £15 for the first junior rider. Then it’s £12 for the second junior, £10 for the third junior.
e.g. 2 adults and a junior would be £20+£20+£15, a father and one son/daughter would be £20 + £15, or a family of 3 juniors would be £15+£12+10.
