New Dorset Road Race coming in September

UK-Biking announces a new two day road race, to be held in September 2013, with sponsorship from Primera Sports.

The Primera Purbeck 2 Day Road Race is open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th category riders (including women and juniors) and will be held under the rules and regulations of British Cycling.

The race comprises two stages that take in some of Dorset’s wonderful countryside along the world heritage coastline in Purbeck. The first stage is a rolling 55 mile road race over 5.5 laps of the East Lulworth circuit. The second stage is a 50 mile lumpy road race over 9.5 laps of the Creech circuit, a circuit used earlier this year in the Local Riders Local Races 2 Day.

Race entry costs £40 and can be entered online here.

Novice riders without a British Cycling licence can buy a day licence to take part for an additional £10 per day.
