UCI Track Cycling World Cup Tickets On Sale On Monday

26 June 2009

Tickets for the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics - Manchester will go on general sale at 09:00 on Monday 29 June through Ticketmaster.

Following on from the sell-out success of the event last year, Manchester Velodrome is once again preparing to host the first round of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics for the 2009-2010 season.

Taking place between 30 October and 1 November 2009, British Cycling expects the event to be jam-packed with exhilarating performances from some of the world's fastest track cyclists.

The UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics - Manchester crams 18 thrilling events into three exciting days of competition. This includes the hotly contested JKA International Keirin, which last year saw Great Britain's Matthew Crampton walk away with the big money prize

Tickets cost £15 per day for adults and £7.50 for children. Family tickets of four can also be purchased for £37.60.

Spectators are encouraged to book early as tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and the same price applies irrespective of seat location within the Velodrome.

Tickets can be purchased via www.ticketmaster.co.uk, in person at a Ticketmaster ticket centre or by calling the 24 hour hotline on 0844 847 2425. Group bookings can be made by calling 0844 844 2121.
