British Cycling, have today made public their 'The Way Forward' document which outlines plans on how they are looking to bring cycling back in a phased return across the UK. You can find the link here: The Way Forward.

We just wanted to follow up to say that this document is following current UK Government guidance which applies only to England. Although it does acknowledge the differing guidance both here in Wales and in Scotland, the timelines which have been put forward in the document do not apply to us here in Wales at the moment.

With the latest Welsh Government announcement due this Friday, we just wanted to say that Welsh Cycling will be issuing a detailed update clarifying both the ‘The Way Forward’ document and the First Minister’s announcement this Friday and how they affect plans moving forward here in Wales on the 22 June 2020.
