The recently-opened closed-road circuit facility at Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Nottingham, funded by Sport England and British Cycling, will see its first races in April.

The team behind the Harvey Hadden Circuit Race League will be running two weekend events on Sunday 17 April and Saturday 30 April before the league starts in earnest on Tuesday evenings in May.

Full event details and online entry options will be available on the British Cycling event calendar soon. Additional information is available on the circuit race league website. Also follow the league on Facebook and Twitter for regular updates.

Get involved

Any clubs wishing to get involved with running a night's racing as part of the league will enable their riders to benefit from priority online entry to the races. As with any cycle events volunteers are always welcome whether it is practical help on the day or behind the scenes keeping things ticking over.

If you are interested in getting involved please get in touch with the league officers via the website.

Pay and play

If you would like to get a few sneaky laps in and ride the circuit then check the open 'pay and play' sessions managed by the venue when you can ride the circuit for £3 per hour. Times and prices can be found on the Harvey Hadden Sports Village website
