Elite Men's Race Report: An outstanding Elite Men's race, dominated by the world's leading riders, thrilled a huge crowd at the Dalby World Cup. Double Olympic and multiple World Champion Julien Absalon was in the thick of the action, but it was current Under-23 and Senior World Champions, Burry Stander and Nino Schurter, who really animated the race.

Elite Women's Race Report: The Elite Women's race really warmed things up as the Sunday elite races took centre stage at Dalby. American Willow Koerber and reigning world champion Irina Kalentieva dominated proceedings: their battle stretched the field and kept a big crowd on tenterhooks well into the fourth and final lap.

Junior World Cup//Dalby Dare Reports: British Cycling Development rider Steve James produced a crowd-pleasing performance under the sun at Dalby, delighting local supporters and delivering a podium position on the opening day of racing in the Forest. Report: Pro Sprint Eliminator: Crowds stormed Pickering on the opening evening of the Dalby World Cup to witness the inaugural running of the Pro Sprint Eliminator - essentially fourcross on cross country bikes. On a night when the spectacle was taken to the people, Thomas Litscher and Eva Lechner escaped £1000 richer, while the local crowds discovered what the words ‘mountain bike' really meant.

Thursday 22 April

Day Zero at the Dalby World Cup: It's day zero at Dalby and already Adderstone has been transformed. Almost every team has overcome the volcanic ash and engineers have installed a mobile phone mast and internet on site. Dalby Forest is looking every bit a World Cup venue and we have some exclusive first shots of the site, with course updates to follow.
