Rapid Recovery!

The day before the World Championships and things have certainly improved in the Clarke camp! After being strapped up for a day and a half, things have setled down now and I am feeling ready to race.

I got in a couple of good laps with GB XC coach Phil Dixon. We pressed on a bit in places to blow away the cobwebs and I got some good lines from following his wheel down the descents.

The rest of the day has been spent resting up & preparing for the big day tomorrow. It will be an early start as we are off at 10am. Everyone here is working so hard, we are surrounded by an amazing team of staff.

I am really excited about my race tomorrow. I'll update you after my race!

Wish me luck!

Sue :-)
