Event Overview

This is a 2 day BMX Coaching programme teaching basic- advanced BMX skills coached by British Cyclings regional coach and for kids aged 8-14.

The programme is held over 2 days and run from 10am-2.30pm all children attending will need to have a reasonable level of fitness. They will also need gloves, water, lunch, snacks and clothing that covers their arms and legs while riding. Helmets and bikes are also provided, riders can bring their own bikes and helmets however their helmets will need to be fullface and their bike in good working order.
