Day 3: Day three of the Inter Regional Track Championships saw a thrilling – and fitting – end to this year’s event. The day started with Wales leading North West by a single point – with the final two events, the Team Sprint and Team Pursuit, scoring double. Day 2: The second day of competition at the Inter Regional Track began with the Girls’ Keirin with yesterday’s Sprint competition winner Jessica Crampton of the North West Region lined up in the first heat. With three through to the Semi-Finals, Crampton cruised to victor, followed by Emily Nelson of West Midlands and Ellie Gilham of South. Full Report & Photos

Day 1: As predicted, the North West took both Sprint finals in the afternoon session at the Inter Regional Track Championships, but it was Wales that topped the leader board after the first full day of competition thanks to their consistency across all the events - with this morning's leaders East Midlands down in 3rd.
