Whiteleaf Hill, Pink Hill, Bledlow Ridge, Haw Lane, Walters Ash, Naphill, Hughenden Valley are just some of the highlights of the first 50 miles of the Howler – but watch out for the other lesser known ‘gems’ that are Smalldean and Leather Lanes. The short route does not equate to the ‘easy’ option!
Climbing asidefor a minute, both the 50 and 80 mile routes lead riders across the stunning countryside of Aylesbury Vale onto the Chiltern Hills and back again via some very quiet back roads and beautiful scenery.
The ride starts/finishes in a great venue with ample parking, and organisers will be cracking out the barbie when you get back to help replace those depleted calories!
