You must be eligible to take part, with participants:
- in the Youth A or B category (born 1994 - 1997)
- in the Junior category (participants not on the British Cycling pathway will join in with the youth activities)
- hold a British Cycling licence (Wales will be clearly marked)
- wear your club jersey
Cost of the session is £2.00. payable to the coach in track centre.
The session is ideal for those wishing to build fitness and develop both skills and confidence on the steeply banked cycle track, with a view to racing at the venue!
