Fresh from the Tour de France, Geraint Thomas is heading off on a very special charity bike ride this weekend. Joined by girlfriend Sara, Geraint will be riding a tandem 160 miles from Cardiff to Denbigh in North Wales to raise money for Alzheimers Research UK and The Stroke Association.
