Purple Mountain - Dalby's Local Bike Centre

Purple Mountain is Dalby's local bike centre - based at Low Dalby in the heart of Dalby Forest and close to the Dalby World Cup site. The company is sponsoring and supplying this year's Goodie Bag, which will be handed out to all the participants in the Dalby Dare on the Saturday of the event.

However, lthough the World Cup is just a visitor to the forest, Purple Mountain is a permanent fixture. With easy access to all of Dalby's fantastic trails, there's something to suit all riders. Purple Mountain has an extensive fleet of top quality hire bikes and events to match. There's top end demo bikes from YETI, Kona, Rose and Norco, down to kids trailers, tag alongs and everything in between. A fully stocked shop and on site Cytech trained mechanic for repairs and servicing, Purple Mountain offers the Full Monty for mountain bikers.

With a full on year round events program running from the centre there's a course and event for everyone, beginners to professionals. You can improve your riding with Riding Skills courses, kids can learn and ride in a safe environment with Junior Riding Skills and there are also Women-only courses and clubs. Even after dark you'll find the riding goes on with thrilling Night Ride Series every fortnight and new this year Purple Mountain are hosting and organising a series of Riding Clubs for all levels and abilities to encourage more people to get involved in the exciting world of mountain biking. Who knows we may already have the next Mountain Bike XC World Champ in our midst.
