Are you interested in getting involved in helping out at our Lloyds National BMX Freestyle Park Series and Championships?

Experiencing a BMX Freestyle event is captivating - but contributing to it with insider access will leave you with an unforgettable feeling. There is immense pride and rich personal development to be had by stepping up and joining our BMX Freestyle event team. Could you, do it?

There are many different role types available, these are integral to the smooth running of the event and often the safety of the riders.

  • Venue dressing team (Set up and practice day) - Venue dressing, putting up sponsorship banners. Organising all event equipment, prizes and signage
  • Set up technical team (Set up day only) - Setting up sound system, testing the music and mics.
  • Event marshals (Practice and competition day) - Checking correct riders on and off the field of play
  • Registration and sign on (Competition Day only) - Rider registration, giving out rider wrist bands and ensuring details are correct
  • Judges Assistant (Competition day only) - Ensuring the judges have all the equipment and information required, food and drink organisation for the judges
  • Protocol team (Competition day only) - Organising the backdrop, medals, prize cheques.
  • Take down team (Competition day only) - Taking down all banners, backdrops, equipment take down and loading and removing all the PA System, checking all the equipment
  • General race day team (Competition day only) - General help across the competition day.

We will be allocating roles from these forms once each deadline has passed.
