Scottish Cycling is the National Governing Body for cycle sport in Scotland. We are the voice of our sport and the largest cycling membership organisation in Scotland, representing the aspirations of our community.

Our strategy, Developing a Nation of Cyclists 2.0, details our mission, vision and reflects our plans for the future against the backdrop of exciting opportunities. These opportunities include the biggest cycling event in the world, the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, £8 million invested into new cycling facilities across the country and the government’s ‘free bikes for kids’ initiative, removing key barriers to participation. Working across multiple disciplines of cycling, we are committed to developing a nation of cyclists, maximising participation for all and delivering international success.

The team at Scottish Cycling are a friendly and welcoming group, keen to see everyone enjoy the benefits of cycling. We are looking forward to receiving applications from people who share this aim and who would like to be part of a thriving organisation committed to growing the sport and broadening its reach. As a team we want to improve cycling opportunities in Scotland, because we know that sport has the power to change lives.

While the knowledge and skills to do the job is important, of equal importance is having somebody with a positive attitude and approach to their work. We will provide all the required training to carry out this role successfully. If you are unsure if your experience fits, then please get in touch, we would be delighted to speak to you.
