JOB TITLE: Rock Up & Ride Project Administrator (Fixed term until 31st March 2024)
Events Administrator (Fixed term for 2 years)
CONTRACT TYPE: Full time (37.5 hours a week). Both contracts fixed term, with possibility to extend subject to funding.
SALARY: £20,500-£22,000 (dependent on experience)
LOCATION: Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Emirates Arena, Glasgow (hybrid working possible)

We are recruiting for two administrators to sit within the Development & Participation Team at Scottish Cycling.
One of these posts will sit within the Rock Up & Ride Project Team (fixed term until 31st March 2024). Delivered at multiple sites across Scotland, the Rock Up & Ride programme is a series of fun, free and easy to access sessions, which link directly with a cycling community, aimed at delivering a long-term increase in cycling activity and consequently behavioural change.
The other post will sit within the Events Team (fixed term for two years) and will support the delivery of the outcomes of the Scottish Cycling Domestic Events Strategy, focused on giving everyone the opportunity to experience the thrill of events, you will play an integral role in enabling the delivery of events, and supporting key event volunteers and officials.
Our strategy, Developing a Nation of Cyclists 2.0, details our mission, vision and reflects our plans for the future against the backdrop of exciting opportunities. These opportunities include the biggest cycling event in the world, the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, £8 million invested into new cycling facilities across the country and the government’s ‘free bikes for kids’ initiative, removing key barriers to participation. Working across multiple disciplines of cycling, we are committed to developing a nation of cyclists, maximising participation for all and delivering international success.
