JOB TITLE: Business Operations Finance Assistant
CONTRACT: Full time (37.5hrs per week) permanent
SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
REPORTS TO: Finance & Business Operations Manager

Scottish Cycling is the National Governing Body for cycle sport in Scotland. We are the voice of our sport and the largest cycling membership organisation in Scotland, representing the aspirations of our community.

Job Purpose
The Business Operations Team is at the heart of all Scottish Cycling activities providing finance, HR and corporate governance support. The role of Finance Assistant is key to this support acting as the first point of contact for finance.
Other Information
The post is full time 37.5 hours per week although there will be an expectation to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation. The nature of the organisation is that meetings and events happen at weekends and evenings and the postholder may be required to attend at least some events out with normal Monday to Friday working hours
The post will be based at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow; however, a flexible approach will be required to manage the demands of the job. Reasonable travel, accommodation and administrative expenses incurred in carrying out this position are reimbursed in line with the Scottish Cycling’s Travel and Subsistence policy.
