Questions on the Minutes, Accounts and Annual Report
In order to ensure a productive AGM, your club is invited to raise any questions on the above and send them vial email to anne.adams-king@welshcycling.co.uk by 7pm on Tuesday 4th September 2018. Responses to your questions will be provided at the meeting.
Proposed Amendments to motions
There are no motions for the AGM, but members will be welcome to discuss with the Board any questions at the conclusion of the AGM.
Nominations of Directors
Welsh Cycling has received one nomination for the vacant post of Director.
Nominated Representatives
Nominated Representatives who are not able to attend the AGM are able to vote by proxy, as are clubs who have not submitted their complement of nominated representatives - see guidelines enclosed.
