Scottish Cycling would like to thank the event organisers, regional development officers and the regional groups for all the help so far in compiling the 2016 cycling events calendar.

The events team at Scottish Cycling, and , have been working to make sure the calendar is full, varied and that there are as little clashes as possible – meaning more opportunities to race for all riders.

We will soon be in a position to announce those clubs which have been selected to host a National Championship during the 2016 season.

As part of the process we will be identifying clashes and getting in touch with organisers to make any required changes to event dates with the view to the full calendar being completed by the end of November, to allow the registering of events to the Scottish Cycling events system by the end of the year.
