About the HSBC UK | National Women’s Road Series

The country’s best riders will battle for glory over nine races in the 2017 HSBC UK | National Women’s Road Series.

Running from April to August, the HSBC UK | National Women’s Road Series sees seven popular races return to the top-level women’s domestic calendar alongside two events new to the series.

How it works

In the HSBC UK | National Women’s Series an individual title is won. The 2016 series was won by Nicola Juniper of Ford EcoBoost.

Individual classification

Points will be awarded as follows for single day road races and overall classifications in stage races:

The overall winner of the HSBC UK | National Women’s Road Series will be the rider who has accumulated the highest number of points across the series. The highest placed under-23 rider in the final overall standings will be declared the under-23 series champion.

In the event of a points tie, the individual winner will be decided based on countback of the number of first places achieved then the number of second places achieved and so on.
