West Wales Women Only cycle sessions begin this weekend at Carmarthen Showground.

The women only sessions aim to bring together female members of the cycling community in West Wales to develop riders as a group and not as individuals.

The two hour session is dedicated to developing on and off the bike skills within a closed road circuit environment, delivered by local club coaches and Welsh Cycling.

Sessions will take place on Saturdays 2.00pm - 4.00pm at Carmarthen Show Ground, SA33 5DR on the following dates:

  • 17 January 2015
  • 31 January 2015
  • 14 February 2015
  • 28 February 2015

Sessions are for female British Cycling members only and there will be a cost of £2 per session. Please bring a clean road bike in good working order, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing, 2 x spare inner tubes, tyre levers, pump and enough food and drink to get through two hours of riding.
