Biography:

I'm spending the 2013 season racing for ASFRA Flanders and based in Zingem, East Flanders. We ride a mixture of Kermesse races, stage races and get invites to some bigger UCI races through out the year. Ive already raced one UCI event this year- the Omloop Van Het Waasland and raced over 10 Kermesse. I aim to do well in the hillier stage races later on in the season.

1st Lammermuirs Road Race

1st Falkirk Team Road Race

2nd Stage 5 Junior Tour of Wales

10th British National Junior Road Race Championships

1st Aberdeen And District Time Trial Championships

1st Aberdeen and District Road Race Series (including 3 wins)

Who inspires you and why:

Riders from "Back in The Day" who had no other way to progress in the sport other than risk all and make the move to the continent such as Sean Kelly, Allan Peiper and Tom Simpson. Also from the modern day Adam Blythe for the same reason. Andrea Tafi for his hard working never say die attitude.

How do you celebrate/relax after a big event:

Feet up have some good food and watch a movie.
