Dear Club Secretaries

Your Club affiliation is now due.

Send in your forms by 16th December to gurantee your discount.

Affiliation fees for 2012 are now due and if you submit your club’s application by 30th November you are guaranteed a saving on your club’s affiliation.

Please complete and return the affiliation form (download here) as soon as possible, with payment to Welsh Cycling to ensure that your affiliation continues and your club is insured for its activities in 2012.

Please read the form carefully and complete as much of the information as possible.
All cheques need to be made payable to Welsh Cycling.

Affiliations received by 30th November will receive a guaranteed discount (£25 for standard clubs £50 for commercially named clubs) and will be guaranteed to be processed in time to send membership cards to your club members ahead of the New Year. Clubs who miss the deadline will run the risk of its members not receiving their membership cards in time for the racing season resulting in any early season racing points being void.
