Daniel Triffit took his first win of the season in the category four-rated Lincoln Wheelers Circuit Races on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Grimsby rider beat VC Lincoln’s Michael Adlington to first place with Earl Taylor of Boston Wheelers in third.
Witham Wheelers Cycling’s sixteen-year-old Jennifer McAndrew completed a fantastic double by winning both the women’s and under 16s girl categories.
Lincsquad’s Max Williamson won the under 16 boy’s race and in the under 14s it was James Armstrong (VC Lincoln). His team-mate, Lizzie Catlow, won the girl’s race.
In the under 12 races, Jake Norton (Spalding CC) and Alderney Baker (Southdown Velo) took victory and in the under 10s it was Max Poole (Lincsquad) and Molly Peel (Spalding CC). The under 8 boys winner was Jake Kennedy of VC Lincoln.
