Cycleworks rider Tom Shrimpton secured victory in the latest round of the Surrey League 4th Cat Series at Dunsfold in Surrey.

The 27-year-old from West Byfleet, who has finished fourth and seventh in previous rounds of the 4th Cat Series, took the win ahead of 27-year-old Epsom-based Addiscombe CC rider Matthew Halvatzis, who also has a couple of top ten finishes to his credit in this series.

Dorking CC’s Mike Metcalfe was third, and that result was the best result yet for the 45-year-old in this popular series.
