Road: Another SERRL evening win for Whenman

Continuing his domination of the Thursday evening competition, Billy-Joe Whenman (Hope Factory Racing) chalked up his third win in a row and eighth in total as the SERRL Series continued at the Cyclopark in Gravesend.

Racing on home ground, the 23-year-old came in ahead of Francis Cade (VO2 Development), who continued his own run of high finishes in second place with third going to Marcus Bruton (Norwood Paragon CC).

In the supporting race for category three and four riders, it was James Wood of Catford CC who was victorious. He beat off the challenge of Jez McCann (PM Racing) and Nick Sturman (Norwood Paragon CC) to take the win.
