Raleigh celebrates its 125th Anniversary in 2012 and Team Raleigh continues to be an important part of the company's marketing strategy. Indeed, the Team have announced that plans are in place for them to step up a level next season with increased support from Raleigh and other current sponsors.
Team Directors Cherie Pridham and Eddie White are already looking ahead to the 2012 season and want to hear from riders, both domestic and from abroad, who are interested in riding for the team in 2012.
They point out that, as the USA and Canadian markets are of particular importance to Raleigh, good calibre riders from those countries are of particular interest.
Cherie Pridham said: "We are very pleased with the achievements of Team Raleigh during the 2011 season but we are a very ambitious team and to move forward we need to considerably strengthen the team to give Raleigh and its sponsors a much higher profile."
