Dan Young wins Ford CC Go Race Series

Glendene CC's Dan Young produced an emphatic performance in the 8th and final round of the Ford CC Go Race series, winning three of the four primes plus taking the chequered flag at the end. The result means that he wins the series with 477 points from his best six results - three wins and three second places - a truly excellent performance for the 16 year old Glendene rider. Second and third places went to Jason Rogers of Gateway Cycling Club (472) and Martin Ryan of Ford CC (459). Second in the final race of the series behind Young was Jason Rogers with Colin King of Glendene taking the 3rd spot.
