Lewis Barry - Funeral & Celebration of Life

Date: 13 July 2010

Tuesday 13th July sees the funeral and celebration of life of Lewis Barry, the talented, young Yorkshire cyclist who died last week. There will also be a bike ride to and from the crematorium.

Lewis's parents, Carol and Mark want as many people as possble to come on their bikes in club kit to help celebrate Lewis's life . The plan is to ride out from Roundhay Park, Leeds, leaving at 1.30pm from Mansion Lane, Leeds, LS8 2HH to arrive at the crematorium just after 2.30pm. The ride will be led by Matt Winston and Giles Pidcock and it will be way-marked. After the service, the ride will return to Roundhay Park for the celebration of Lewis's life.

Carol and Mark have requested there there be no flowers please, but donations will be very welcome. The dress code is no black please - casual is fine. If you are a cyclist come in club kit or cycling t-shirts as this is to be a celebration.
