The Ride Leadership Award Level 2 course trains up qualified Ride Leaders to lead rides in more remote environments and over longer and more challenging terrain.

The assessed one-day course qualifies learners to deliver guided bike rides on roads for groups of intermediate and advanced level adults.

If you are a business, club, education institution or an individual and wish to host a course yourself, please email education@britishcycling.org.uk to receive an information pack. Please note, all candidates attending a Level 2 course must first have completed the Level 1.

If you feel you might need extra support to undertake a training course or assessment because of a physical or learning disability, please contact the Education Team ahead of booking. We can then discuss any reasonable adjustments that would support you to become a Ride Leader.
