You may or may not be into or know about Downhill Mountain Biking...... but if you’re into biking then this upcoming event is your chance to come along and see what it’s all about, as we’d love to have you there to check out the extreme side of mountain biking! There is nothing the racers love more than the track lined with spectators.... bring your cow bells, horns and rattles and get

close to the action!

Expect to see 200 riders tackling a course that will take the fastest rider around 90 seconds to get down. There will be riders of all abilities with ages ranging from 10 years right through to the over 50’s. Each rider gets a morning of practice followed by two race runs starting just after Midday.

Great Britain is recognised as one of the top nations in the World at this sport. At a recent World Cup race in Scotland, British riders filled five out of the top 10 places.
