Southern 100 Enduro Series Hits Woodcote
Posted: 12th July 2010 | Event: 14th August 2010
Trail Break's Southern 100 enduro season winds up to its climax at Woodcote on August 14th.
Based in the RATMBC event field just outside of Woodcote, north of Reading. the course promises to be a southern enduro treat, stretching from heights of the Chiltern Hills, down to swooping Thames-side singletrack, through the stunning Red Kite country trails and villages.
The full on 100k enduro is joined by three other distance options; a shorter 60k enduro route, and 40 or 25k Trail Rides, round out a line up to suit the whole spectrum, from hardcore enduro fans to family groups and all in between.
All routes are fully route marked and supported; SIS provide the energy drink, and the enduro routes pass through manned feed stations to fuel you through a big day in the hills. You'll get a detailed route map too and, if you enter in advance or sign up to Trail Break's Facebook page, they'll send you GPS files to load up for the ride as well. When you finish, Trail Break will be cooking up burgers, chilli and hot dogs to help you refuel and relax before you head home.
